Our scoring rubric (v3.0)

We evaluate GLP-1 weight loss providers on six pillars, weighted equally. The same rubric is applied to every provider.

1. Medical oversight — licensed prescriber availability, response time, and supervision.
2. Pharmacy traceability — disclosed compounding pharmacies, 503A vs 503B status, USP <797> compliance.
3. Flat pricing — single price across dose titration, no surprise add-ons.
4. State coverage — number of US states served and licensing transparency.
5. Patient experience — onboarding flow, support response time, lab review.
6. Transparency — disclosed pharmacy partners, disclosed prescribers, public pricing.

Ranking integrity

• Providers cannot pay to appear higher in our organic comparisons.
• Sponsored placements, if any, are clearly labeled as such.
• Affiliate fees are flat — we earn the same per-conversion rate regardless of how high a provider ranks.
• If a competitor out-scores the current Editor’s Pick on the rubric, the ranking changes.
