Number of states served, license validity, LegitScript status.

Onboarding flow, support response time, integrated lab review.

Transparency

Disclosed prescriber names, disclosed pharmacy list, public pricing, FTC Part 255 disclosure quality.

What can change a score

Publication of a previously withheld pharmacy partner list.
Loss or addition of state licensure.
Documented pricing changes.
Material connection that wasn't previously disclosed.

What cannot change a score

Affiliate compensation, sponsorships, or referral arrangements.
A provider's request for re-evaluation absent new facts.
